Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-33 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: 1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of: a) 152nd Avenue N.W. between the line of St. Francis Blvd. (Highway #47) on the east to its end b) 151st Avenue N.W. between the line of St. Francis Blvd. (Highway #47) on the east to Fluorine Street N.W. c) Fluorine Street N.W. between the line of 152nd Avenue N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. d) State Highway No. 47 Service Road lying west of State Highway No. 47 between the line of 152nd Avenue N.W. and approximately 165 feet south of 151st Avenue N.W. Ail of the above streets are located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, North, Range 25 West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County,~Minnesota. filed with the Council on April 28, 1981, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity in Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2) The petition is hereby referred to Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. and they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other im- provement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann an Cox and the following voted against the same: None
