Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-33 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of: <br /> <br />a) 152nd Avenue N.W. between the line of St. Francis <br />Blvd. (Highway #47) on the east to its end <br /> <br />b) 151st Avenue N.W. between the line of St. Francis <br />Blvd. (Highway #47) on the east to Fluorine Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) Fluorine Street N.W. between the line of 152nd Avenue <br />N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />d) State Highway No. 47 Service Road lying west of State <br />Highway No. 47 between the line of 152nd Avenue N.W. and <br />approximately 165 feet south of 151st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Ail of the above streets are located in the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, North, Range 25 West, <br />City of Ramsey, Anoka County,~Minnesota. <br /> <br />filed with the Council on April 28, 1981, is hereby declared to be signed <br />by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in conformity in Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br /> 2) The petition is hereby referred to Consulting Engineers <br />Diversified, Inc. and they are instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other im- <br />provement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann an <br />Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
