Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-40a RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON STREET IMPROVEMENT a) 152nd Avenue N.W. between the line of St. Francis Blvd. (Highway #47) on the east to its end b) 151st Avenue N.W. between the line of St. Francis Blvd. (Highway #47) on the east to Fluorine Street N.W. c) Fluorine Street N.W. between the line of 152nd Avenue N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. d) State Highway No. 47 Service Road lying west of State Highway No. 47 between the line of 152nd Avenue N.W. and approximately 165 feet south of 151st Avenue N.W. WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted the 28th day of April, 2981, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer Consulting Engineers Diversified, with reference to the improvement of: a) 152nd Avenue N.W. between the line of St. Francis Blvd. (Highway #47) on the east to its end. b) 151st Avenue N.W. between the line of St. Francis Blvd. (Highway #47) on the east to Fluorine Street N.W. c) Fluorine Street N.W. between the line of 152nd Avenue N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. d) State Highway No. 47 Service Road lying west of State Highway No. 47 between the line of 152nd Avenue N.W. and approximately 165 feet south of 151st Avenue N.W. and such streets to be improved to a five ton rating and bituminous surfacing. NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the costs of the improvements pursuant to Minensota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of $47,650. 2) A public bearing will be held on the proposed improvement on the 30th day of June, 1981, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey
