Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-43 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO CALL FOR PRICE QUOTES TO CON- <br />STRUCT DRYWELLS FOR STORM WATER REGARDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT #80-10 <br />(159TH AVENUE AND DOLOMITE STREET) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Cotuncil called for a public hear- <br />ing in regards to the storm water problem which was aggravated by Street <br />Improvement Project #80-10; and <br /> <br /> W~REAS, the Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing <br />May 26, 1981 in regards to the storm waterproblem at 159th Avenue N.W. <br />and Dolomite Street N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, and after said public hearing, the Council finds <br />that a special assessment project to resolve this drainage problem is <br />not warranted. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY 0FRAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Consulting <br />Engineers Diversified, Inc., is directed to get price quotes for a dry <br />well system to be installed to solve the storm water problem in the afore- <br />mentioned area. <br /> <br /> 2) That the cost of this project be charged to construction <br />project #80-10 which cost will become the City's share. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Comacil this the 26th day of May, 1981. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> ~/~ ~ Adm~h~s~at0r/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
