Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-49 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed a sealcoating improvement feasibility <br />study be made for: <br /> <br />a) 156th Lane N.W. between the line of Juniper Ridge <br /> Drive and the east line of Woodland Green Estates <br /> <br />b) Juniper Ridge Drive from approximately 400 feet north <br />of 156th Lane N.W. south and east to its end. <br /> <br />c) Waco Street N.W. between the line of Juniper Ridge <br />Drive south to its end. <br /> <br />d) Salish Street N.W. between the line of Juniper Ridge <br />Drive south to its end. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the proposed sealcoating improvement be referred to <br />Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. for study and that <br />he is instructed to report to the Council with all con- <br />venient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as <br />to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />lng voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Van Wagner, Reimann and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of May, 1981. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />.z/ Cift~.~ Admifiistra[or/Clerk <br /> <br /> / <br /> <br />- 'JMayor <br /> <br /> <br />
