Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolutionand moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-57 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT a) 156th Lane N.W. between the line of Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. and the east line of Woodland Green Estates b) Juniper Ridge Drive from approximately 400 feet north of 156th Lane N.W. south and east to its end. c) Waco Street N.W. between the line of Juniper Ridge Drive south to its end. d) Salish Street N.W. between the line of Juniper Ridge Drive south to its end. WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted the 26th day of May, 1981, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer, Consulting Engineers Diversified, with reference to the improvement of: a) 156th Lane N.W. between the line of Juniper Ridge Drive and the east line of Woodland Green Estates b) Juniper Ridge Drive from approximately 400 feet north of 156th Lane N.W. south and east to its end. c) Waco Street N.W. between the line of Juniper Ridge Drive south to its end. d) Salish Street N.W. between the line of Juniper Ridge Drive south to its end. The above streets are located in the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32 North, Range 25 West and the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 32 North, Range 25 West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota and such streets to be improved by sealcoating surfacing. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the costs of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of $8,835.
