Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-59 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />a) 140th Lane N.W. between the line of Germanium Street <br /> N.W. and Fluorine Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) 142nd Avenue N.W. between the west line of Flintwood <br /> Hills east to its end. <br /> <br />c) Germanium Street N.W. between the line of Industry <br /> Avenue N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />d) Fluorine Street N.W. between the line of 140th Lane <br /> N.W. north to its end. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted the <br />26th day of May, 1981, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer, <br />Consulting Engineers Diversified, with reference to the improvement of: <br /> <br />a) 140th Lane N.W. between the line of Germanium Street <br /> N.W. and Fluorine Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) 142nd Avenue N.W. between the west line of Flintwood <br /> Hills east to its end. <br /> <br />c) Germanium Street N.W. between the line of Industry <br /> Avenue N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />d) Fluorine Street N.W. between the line of 140th Lane <br /> N.W. north to its end. <br /> <br />Ail the above streets are located in the Southwest Quarter <br />of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range <br />25 West and the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 32 North, Range <br />25 West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />and such streets to be improved by sealcoating surfacing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for <br />all or a portion of the costs of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of $10,200. <br /> <br /> <br />
