Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-59 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT a) 140th Lane N.W. between the line of Germanium Street N.W. and Fluorine Street N.W. b) 142nd Avenue N.W. between the west line of Flintwood Hills east to its end. c) Germanium Street N.W. between the line of Industry Avenue N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W. d) Fluorine Street N.W. between the line of 140th Lane N.W. north to its end. WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted the 26th day of May, 1981, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer, Consulting Engineers Diversified, with reference to the improvement of: a) 140th Lane N.W. between the line of Germanium Street N.W. and Fluorine Street N.W. b) 142nd Avenue N.W. between the west line of Flintwood Hills east to its end. c) Germanium Street N.W. between the line of Industry Avenue N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W. d) Fluorine Street N.W. between the line of 140th Lane N.W. north to its end. Ail the above streets are located in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25 West and the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 32 North, Range 25 West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. and such streets to be improved by sealcoating surfacing. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the costs of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of $10,200.
