Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-62 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of: <br /> <br />-- Willemite Street N.W. between the line of 150th Lane <br /> N.W. and 152nd Lane N.W. <br /> <br />filed with the Council on May 26, 1981, is hereby declared to be signed <br />by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in conformity in Minnesota Statutues, Section 429.035. <br /> <br /> 2) The petition is hereby referred to Consulting Engineers <br />Diversified, Inc. and they are instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed adivising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other im- <br />provement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of May, 1981. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />'' ~dmini~ra~toZr!
