Coun¢ilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-68 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF R~MSEY, MINNESOTA: 1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of: a) 149th Lane N.W. between the line of Armstrong Blvd. N.W. and Willemite Street N.W. b) 150th Lane N.W. between the line of Armstrong Blvd. N.W. and 149th Lane N.W. c) Chameleon Street N.W. between the line of 149th Lane N.W. north to its end at the cul de sac d) Bison Street N.W. between the line of 149th Lane N.W. and 150th Lane N.W. e) Zeolite Street N.W. between the line of 150th Lane and approximately 200 feet south of 149th Lane N.W. f) Yolite Street N.W. between the line of 150th Lane N.W. and 152nd Lane N.W. g) Willemite Street N.W. between the line of 149th Lane N.W. and 152nd Lane N.W. Ail of the above streets are located in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, North, Range 25 West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. filed with the Council on April 28, 1981, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of Owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity in Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2) The petition is hereby referred to Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. and they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other im- provement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof:
