Coun¢ilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-68 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF R~MSEY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of: <br /> <br />a) 149th Lane N.W. between the line of Armstrong Blvd. <br /> N.W. and Willemite Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) 150th Lane N.W. between the line of Armstrong Blvd. <br /> N.W. and 149th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />c) Chameleon Street N.W. between the line of 149th Lane <br /> N.W. north to its end at the cul de sac <br /> <br />d) Bison Street N.W. between the line of 149th Lane N.W. <br /> and 150th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />e) Zeolite Street N.W. between the line of 150th Lane <br /> and approximately 200 feet south of 149th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />f) Yolite Street N.W. between the line of 150th Lane N.W. <br /> and 152nd Lane N.W. <br /> <br />g) Willemite Street N.W. between the line of 149th Lane <br /> N.W. and 152nd Lane N.W. <br /> <br />Ail of the above streets are located in the Southwest Quarter <br />of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, North, <br />Range 25 West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />filed with the Council on April 28, 1981, is hereby declared to be signed <br />by the required percentage of Owners of property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in conformity in Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br /> 2) The petition is hereby referred to Consulting Engineers <br />Diversified, Inc. and they are instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other im- <br />provement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
