Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of: <br /> <br />a) 153rd Lane N.W. between the line of Rhinestone Street <br /> N.W. and Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (County State Aid #56) <br /> <br />b) 154th Lane N.W. between the line of Rhinestone STreet <br /> N.W. and Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (County State Aid #56) <br /> <br />c) Rhinestone Street N.W. between the line of 153rd Lane <br /> N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />Ail of the above described streets are located in the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21 <br />Township 32, North, Range 25 West, City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />filed with the Council on June 23, 1981, is hereby declared to be signed <br />by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in cofnormity in Minnesot Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br /> 2 The petition is hereby referred to Consulting Engineers <br />Diversified, Inc. and they are instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, <br />and thc estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favoar thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br /> Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of June, 1981. <br /> <br /> <br />
