Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-74 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Richard Barstow is the fee title owner of the following <br />described property, to wit: <br /> <br />The South 329 feet of the East 400 feet of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />also known as tax parcel 6700 plat 89203 <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said parcel was a parcel of <br />record prior to April 28, 1972, the date of the City's first subdivision <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The parcel of land referred to in paragraph I above is exempt <br />from the platting requirements of the City's subdivision Chapter and said <br />parcel may be conveyed by metes and bounds description. Said exemption is <br />based on Section 170.0312(A)(a) of the City Code. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 23rd day of June, 1981. <br /> <br />FFayor <br /> <br /> <br />
