Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #81-82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT <br />FOR BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on the <br />3Oth day of June, 1981, the City Engineer (Consulting Engineers Diversified, <br />Inc.) has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of: <br /> <br />Sealcoating: <br /> <br />a) 155th Lane N.W. west to its end at the cul de sac and <br /> east to its end. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />156th Lane N.W. between the line of St Francis Blvd. <br />(State Highway #47) and east to the line of Reilley <br />Estates 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />c) Erkium Street N.W. between the line of 155th Lane N.W. <br /> and 156th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />d) Barium Street N.W. between the north line of Halland <br /> Acres and north to the cul de sac <br /> <br />e) Cobalt Street N.W. between the line of Barium Street <br /> N.W. and approximately 200 feet north of 156th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />The above streets are located in the North Half of the North- <br />west Quarter of Section 24, Range 25 West, Township 32 North, <br />City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for their <br />approval. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the official paper (Anoka County Union) and in the Construction <br />Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under <br />such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall specify the <br />work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Admini- <br />strator/Clerk until 11:00 A.M. on July 28, 1981, at which time they will be <br />publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the City Hall by the City Admini- <br />stratorIClerk and City Engineer and will then be tabulated and will be con- <br /> <br /> <br />
