Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for

<br />RESOLUTION #81-87a
<br />
<br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT ON CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS #80-1,
<br />#80-2, #80-3, #80-4, #80-6, #80-8, #80-9, #80-10, #80-11, #80-12, #80-14
<br />#80-15 and #80-16
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Consulting Engineers Diversified
<br />who is the City of Ramsey's designated engineer, is requesting final pay-
<br />ment on the following:
<br />
<br />a) City Engineer's letter dated June 30, 1981, requesting
<br />final payment on the following construction projects #80-1,
<br />#80-2, #80-3, #80-4, #80-6 and #80-8 in the amount of
<br />$4,862.95.
<br />
<br />b) City Engineer's letter dated June 30, 1981, requesting
<br />final payment on the following construction projects #80-9,
<br />#80-10, #80-11, #80-12 and #80-14 in the amount of
<br />$6,711.30.
<br />
<br />c) City Engineer's letter dated June 30, 1981, requesting
<br />final payment on the following construction projects #80-15
<br />and #80-16 in the amount of $15,252.60.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY
<br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, as follows:
<br />
<br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes final payments
<br />on the following construction projects:
<br />
<br />a) Construction Projects #80-1, #80-2, #80-3, #80-4,
<br />#80-6 and #80-8 in the amount of $4,862.95.
<br />
<br />b) Construction projects #80-9, #80-10, #80-11, #80-12
<br />and #80-14 in the amount of $6,711.30.
<br />
<br />c) Construction projects #80-15 and #80-16 in the amount
<br />of $15,252.60.
<br />
<br /> 2) The Ramsey City Council hereby directs that the City of
<br />Ramsey make a total final payment of $26,826.85 which consists of the sub
<br />totals of sub paragraphs (a), (b) and (c).
<br />
<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
<br />by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken-thereon, the following
<br />voted in favoar thereof:
