Councilmember Van Wagnerintroduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-88 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 23rd day of June, 1981, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improve- ment of: a) 149th Lane N.W. between the line of Armstrong Blvd. N.W. and Willemite Street N.W. b) 150th Lane N.W. between the line of Armstrong Blvd. N.W. and 149th Lane N.W. c) Chameleon Street N.W. between the line of 149th Lane N.W. north to its end. d) Bison Street N.W. between the line of 149th Lane N.W. and 15Oth Lane N.W. e) Zeolite Street N.W. between the line of 150th Lane N.W. and approximately 200 feet south of 149th Lane N.W. f) Yolite Street N.W. between the line of 15Oth Lane N.W. and 152nd Lane N.W. g) Willemite Street N.W. between the line of 149th Lane N.W. and 152nd Lane N.W. AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 28th day of July, 1981, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 23rd day of June, 1981. 2) Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifi- cations for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox
