Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-89 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 23rd day of June~ 1981, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of: a) 169th Lane N.W. between the line of Baugh Street N.W. west to its end b) 173rd Avenue N.W. between the line of Baugh Street N.W. west to its end c) Driscoll Street N.W. between the line of 176th Avenue N.W. and 169th Lane N.W. d) Baugh Street between the line of 173rd Avenue N.W. to approximately 200 feet south of 169th Lane N.W. AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 28th day of July, 1981, at which all persons de- siring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as follows: a) 169th Lane N.W. lying west of Driscoll Street N.W. b) Driscoll Street N.W. lying between 169th Lane N.W. and 173rd Avenue N.W. c) 173rd Avenue N.W. lying between Baugh Street N.W. and Driscoll Street N.W. 2) Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. is hereby designed as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox
