2) 158th Avenue N.W. between the line of Sodium Street N.W. and Radium Street N.W. 3) 158th Lane N.W. between the line of Sodium Street N.W. east to its end. 4) Radium Street N.W. between the line of 157th Lane N.W. and 158th Lane N.W. 5) Sodium Street N.W. between the line of 158th Avenue N.W. north to the end of Hall Dover Acres e) Project #81-21 consisting of the following street: 153rd Avenue N.W. between the line of Highway #47 and Roanoke Street f) Project #81-22 consisting of the following street: 153rd Avenue N.W. between the line of County Road #83 (Armstrong Blvd.) and Puma Street N.W. The following bids were considered according to law on the above listed sealcoating street projects and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: Contractor Total Base Bid Total Alternate Bid a) Allied Blacktop b) Bituminous Paving, Inc. c) Northern Asphalt Const. $32,873.45 $44,596.20 35,803.80 50,245.00 38,417.40 51,557.90 AND WHEREAS, it appears that Allied Blacktop is the lowest respon- sible bidder of $32,873.45. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with Allied Blacktop in the name of the City for the improvement of the above listed streets in the above stated projects when general obligation bonds have been sold to finance the respective projects. 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that thc deposit of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox
