Councilmember Cox intrcahced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-91 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 23rd day of June, 1981, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improve- ment of: a) 153rd Lane N.W. between the line of Rhinestone Street N.W. and Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (County State Aid #56) b) 154th Lane N.W. between the line of Rhinestone Street N.W. and Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (County State Aid #56) c) Rhinestone Street N.W. between the line of 153rd Lane N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 28th day of July, 1981, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as follows: a) 154th Lane N.W. lying between Rhinestone Street N.W. and Ramsey Blvd. N.W. b) Rhinestone STreet N.W. lying between 153rd Lane N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. 2) Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifi- cations for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox and the following voted against the ~me: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of July, 1981. istrator/Clerk Mayor
