Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-94 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRO- <br />POSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />153rd Lane N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 22, Township 32, Range 25 and the Northwest <br />Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, lying <br />West of Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />b) 154th Lane N.W. lying between Hematite Street N.W. and <br /> Xenon Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) Zirconium Street N.W. lying between 153rd Lane N.W. and <br /> 154th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />d) Xenon Street N.W. lying between 153rd Lane N.W. and <br /> 154th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />and the contract price for such improvement is $ and the expenses <br />incurred or to be incurred in the making of snch improvement amount to <br />$ so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ ; and <br />of this cost the City will pay $ as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is <br />hereby declared to be $ <br /> <br /> 2) The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer <br />Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assess- <br />able lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without re- <br />gard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such <br />proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. <br /> <br /> 3) The clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assess- <br />ment, notify the Council thereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br /> <br />
