Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-94 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRO- POSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of: a) 153rd Lane N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25 and the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, lying West of Sunfish Lake Blvd. b) 154th Lane N.W. lying between Hematite Street N.W. and Xenon Street N.W. c) Zirconium Street N.W. lying between 153rd Lane N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. d) Xenon Street N.W. lying between 153rd Lane N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. and the contract price for such improvement is $ and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of snch improvement amount to $ so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ ; and of this cost the City will pay $ as its share of the cost. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 2) The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assess- able lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without re- gard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. 3) The clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assess- ment, notify the Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox
