Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-104 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on the 28th day of July, 1981, the City Engineer (Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc.) has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of: a) 149th Lane N.W. between the line of Armstrong Blvd. N.W. and Willemite Street N.W. b) 15Oth Lane N.W. between the line of Armstrong Blvd. N.W. and 149th Lane N.W. c) Chameleon Street N.W. between the line of 149th Lane N.W. north to its end. d) Bison Street N.W. between the line of 149th Lane N.Wo and 150th Lane N.W. e) Zeolite Street N.W. between the line of 150th Lane N.W. and approximately 200 feet south of 149th Lane N.W. f) Yolite Street N.W. between the line of 150th Lane N.W. and 152nd Lane N.W. g) Willemite Street NoW. between the line of 149th Lane N.W. and 152nd Lane N.W. and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for their approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2) The City Administrator/Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper (Anoka County Union) and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Admini- strator/Clerk until 11:00 A.M. on August 24, 1981, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the City Hall by the City Ad- ministrator/Clerk and City Engineer and will then be tabulated and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 P.M. on August 25, 1981, in the Council
