Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-108 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Ramsey enter into an agreement <br />with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the follow- <br />ing purposes, to-wit: <br /> <br />To install a traffic control signal with street lights <br />and signing on Trunk Highway No. 10 at Sunfish Lake Boulevard <br />(County State Aid Highway No. 51) in accordance with the <br />terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement <br />No. 60582, a copy of which was before the Council. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper officers of the City of <br />Ramsey be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby <br />assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations <br />contained therein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whercupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 18th day of August, 1981. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
