Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-120 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRO- <br />POSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS~ a contract has been let for the improvement of: <br /> <br />155th Lane N.W. west to its end at the cul de sac <br />and east to its end <br /> <br />156th Lane N.W. between the line of St. Francis Blvd. <br />(State Highway #47) and east to the line of Reilley <br />Estates 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Erkium Street N.W. between the line of 155th Lane N.W. <br />and 156th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />d) Barium Street N.W. between the north line of Halland <br /> Acres and north to the cul de sac <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />Cobalt Street N.W. between the line of Barium Street <br />N.W. and approximately 200 feet north of 156th Lane <br />N.W. <br /> <br />and the contract price for such improvement is $9,696.98 and the expenses <br />incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to <br />$1,418.28so that the total cost of the improvement will be $11,115.26 and of <br />this cost the City will pay $ as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is <br />hereby declared to be $ <br /> <br /> 2) The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer <br />Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assess- <br />able lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without re- <br />gard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such <br />proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. <br /> <br /> 3) The clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assess- <br />ment, notify the Council thereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br /> <br />
