14) On September 14, 1981, the parcel was reviewed by the City Engineer <br />and thc Boi]ding Official and the undeveloped portion of the parcel was <br />found to be buildable under current city ordinances. However, a detailed <br />review of the records indicate that the frontage on the parcel is approxi- <br />mately 395 feet. <br /> <br />15) On September 8, 1981, Mr. Huff appeared before the City Council re- <br />qocsting the deletion of this assessment. <br /> <br />16) Based on a Staff recommendation the City Council ordered the prepara- <br />tion of Findings of Fact for their reviewal at their next regular meeting <br />of Sepl_ember 22, 1981. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Findings of Fact were duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the fol]owi, ng voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said Findings of Fact were duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 22nd day of September, 1981. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
