Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-149 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRO- POSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of: a) 149th Avenue N.W. lying between County Road #56 (Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) and Limonite Street N.W. b) 149th Lane N.W. lying in the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, lying east of Limonite Street N.W. c) 150th Avenue N.W. lying between Kamacite Street N.W. and Garnet Street N.W. d) 151st Avenue N.W. lying between County Road #56 (Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) and Garnet Street N.W. e) Limonite Street N.W. lying between 149th Avenue N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. f) Kamacite Street N.W. lying between 149th Lane N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. g) Jaspar Street N.W. lying between 151st Avenue N.W. to a distance approximately 300 feet north of 151st Avenue N.W. h) Hematite Street N.W. lying in the southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, lying north of 150th Avenue N.W. i) Garnet Street N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, lying north and south of 151st Avenue N.W. and tile contract price for such improvement is $116,540 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $31,570. so that the total cost of the improvement will he $148,110 and of this cost the City will pay $ --- as its share of the cost. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $148,110. 2) The City Clerk with the assistance of the City Engineer, Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assess- able lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without re-
