Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-155 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on September 22, 1981, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improvement on the following streets: a) 149th Avenue N.W. lying between County Road #56 (Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) and Limonite Street N.W. b) 149th Lane N.W. lying in the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, lying east of Limonite Street N.W. c) 150th Avenue NoW. lying between Kamacite Street N.W. and Garnet Street N.W. d) 151st Avenue N.W. lying between County Road #56 (Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) and Garnet Street N.W. e) Limonite Street N.W. lying between 149th Avenue N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. f) Kamacite Street N.W. lying between 149th Lane N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. g) Jaspar Street N.W. lying between 151st Avenue N.W. to a distance approximately 300 feet north of 151st Avenue N.W. h) Hematite Street N.W. lying in the southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, lying north of 150th Avenue N.W. i) Garnet Street N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, lying north and south of 151st Avenue N.W. AND WHEREAS, the clerk bas notified the council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A hearing shall be held on the 14th day of October, 1981, in the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:10 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assess- ment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2) The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
