Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-156 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on September 22, 1981, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improvement on the following streets: a) 18Oth Lane between the line of Krypton Street N.W. and St. Francis Blvd. (State Highway #47) b) 180th Lane between the line of Erkium Street N.W. east to its end c) 18Oth Avenue N.W. between the line of Junkite Street N.W east to its end. d) Krypton Street N.W. between the line of 180th Lane N.W. south to its end. e) Junkite Street N.W. between the line of County State High- way #7 and 180th Avenue N.W. f) Iodine Street N.W. between the line of County State Aid Highway #7 and 180th Avenue N.W. g) Germanium Street N.W. between the line of County State Aid Highway #7 and 180th Avenue N.W. h) Fluorine Street N.W. between the line of County State Aid Highway #7 and 18Oth Avenue N.W. i) Erkium Street N.W. between the line of County State Aid Highway #7 and 18Oth Avenue N.W. j) Erkium Street N.W. between the line of 180th Avenue N.W. north to the City limits of Ramsey. AND WHEREAS, the clerk has notified the council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A hearing shall be held on the 14th day of October, 1981, in the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:20 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assess- ment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2) The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
