Councilmcmber cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-160 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRO- POSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of: a) 18Oth Lane between the line of Krypton Street N.W. and St. Francis Blvd. (State Highway #47) b) 180th Lane between the line of Erkium Street N.W. east to its end c) 180th Avenue N.W. between the line of Junkite Street N.W. east to its end. d) Krypton Street N.W. between the line of 180th Lane N.W. south to its end. e) Junkite Street N.W. between the line of County State High- way #7 and 180th Avenue N.W. f) Iodine Street N.W. between the line of County State Aid Highway #7 and 180th Avenue N.W. g) Germanium Street N.W. between the line of County State Aid Highway #7 and 180th Avenue N.W. h) Fluorine Street N.W. between the line of County State Aid Highway #7 and 180th Avenue N.W. i) Erkium Street N.W. between the line of County State Aid Highway #7 and 18Oth Avenue N.W. j) Erkium Street N.W. between the line of 180th Avenue N.W. north to the City limits of Ramsey. and the contract price for such improvement is $78,900. and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $19,278.26o that the total cost of the improvement will be $98,178.2~nd of this cost the City will pay $ as its share of the cost. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $98,178.25. 2) The City Clerk with the assistance of the City Engineer, Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assess-
