Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-165 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO CHANGE UNIT AND AMOUNT TO BE ASSESSED REGARDING MR. TIM <br />LEHN, 6314 RIVLYN STREET (STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #80-17, BITUMINOUS <br />SURFACING OF TUNGSTEN STREET) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Tim Lehn, 6314 Rivlyn Street was assessed for two <br />units at $200 per unit equalling a total of $400 for Street Improvement <br />Project #80-17 (Bituminous surfacing of Tungsten Street); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Tim Lehn does own two parcels of land which only <br />create one (1) buildable lot which is where his home is located; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council hereby agrees that the above <br />party should have been assessed for only one (1) unit instead of two (2) <br />units. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) It is directed that Mr. Tim Lehn, 6314 Rivlyn Street N.W. <br />who was assessed for two (2) units in the amount of $400 be reduced to one <br />(1) unit in the amount of $200. <br /> <br /> 2) It is directed that the above deleted unit in the amount of <br />$200 become the City's share. <br /> <br /> 3) It is directed that the City Accountant be furnished a copy <br />of this resolution so that appropriate action can be taken in regards to <br />correcting the assessment for Street Improvement Project #80-17. <br /> <br /> 4) It is further directed that a copy of this resolution be <br />sent to Mr. Tim Lehn. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br /> Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 13th day of October, 1981. <br /> <br />rato~/Clerk- <br /> <br /> <br />
