Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-168 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by <br />law, the Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the <br />proposed assessment for the improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) 18Oth Lane N.W. between the line of Krypton Street N.W. <br /> and St. Francis Blvd. (State Highway #47) <br /> <br />b) 180th Lane N.W. between the line of Erkium Street N.W. <br />east to its end. <br /> <br />c) 18Oth Avenue N.W. between the line of Junkite Street <br />N.W. east to its end. <br /> <br />d) Krypton Street N.W. between the line of 180th Lane <br />N.W. south to its end. <br /> <br />e) Junkite Street N.W. between the line of County State <br />Highway #7 and 180th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />f) Iodine Street N.W. between the line of County State <br />Highway #7 and St. Francis Blvd. (State Highway #47) <br /> <br />g) Germanium Street N.W. between the line of County State <br />Highway #7 and 180th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />h) Fluorine Street N.W. between the line of County State <br />Highway #7 and 180th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />i) Erkium Street N.W. between the line of County State High- <br />way #7 and 18Oth Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />j) Erkium Street N.W. between the line of 18Oth Avenue N.W. <br />north to the City limits of Ramsey. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> l) Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special <br />assessment against the land named therein, and each tract of land therein <br />included in hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the <br />amount of the assessment levied against it. <br /> <br /> 2) Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments <br />extending over a period of ten years~ the first of the installments to be pay- <br />able on or before the first Monday in January, 1982 and shall bear interest <br />at thc rate of twelve and seven tenths (12.70) percent annum from the date of <br />the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall <br />be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution <br /> <br /> <br />
