Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-172 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ONE UNIT ASSESSMENT FOR MELVIN JACOBS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Melvin Jacobs is the ower of Parcel 4390 Plat 89207 <br />which property address is 16930 Baugh Street and also known as 17000 <br />Baugh Street and which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />South 233.01 feet of the North 2266.01 feet of the EAst <br />416 feet of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 7, Township 32, Range 25, as measured along the <br />East and North lines of said East Half of the North <br />West Quarter, all in Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Improvement Project #81-19 the City pro- <br />poses to assess the above described parcel as two units as it appears that <br />it benefits by the improvement of both 169th Lane and Baugh Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after viewing of the subject property by Mayor Gamec <br />and his report that he feels the parcel does not benefit by the improve- <br />ment of 169tb Lane. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That Parcel 4390 Plat 80207 shall be assessed as one unit <br />for the improvements created by City Improvement Project #81-19. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Assessment Clerk is hereby directed to re- <br />flect this action on the City's Assessment role. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Van Wagner and Cox <br /> <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br /> Ramsey City Council this the 14th day of October, 1981. <br /> <br /> .~ ......
