Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-177 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING USE OF FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY'S 1982 BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota, did on October 27, 1981, conduct a public hearing on the proposed use of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds in the amount of $83,000 in accordance with Federal, State and Local Laws; and WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota did on October 27, 1981, conduct a budget hearing on the pro- posed use of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds in the amount of $83,000 in accordance with Federal, State and Local Laws; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota had for public review at this meeting the proposed Federal Revenue Sharing Budget and proposed 1982 City of Ramsey Operational Budget. NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) It is hereby directed that Federal Revenue Sharing Funds will be budgeted as follows: a) Ramsey Municipal Center Activity 101-4094 1) Capital Outlay - Line Item 1502 $42,000 for the following areas: -Finishing lower level of municipal center -Land Acquisition -Solar Heating of Municipal Center b) Street Maintenance Activity 101-4212 l) Capital Outlay - Line Item 1510 $17,475 for purchase of the following items: -Tractor $ 6,000 -4 Wheel pickup w/plow 11,O00 -one door opener -public works garage 475 $17,475 2) It is directed that a copy of this resolution be published in the official newspaper. Further that the City's Budget for 1982 showing use of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds is available for their review at the Ramsey Municipal Center.
