Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-180 RESOLUTION ADOPTING SUPPLEMENT #1 OF THE 1982 CITY OF RAMSEY CORE OPERATIONAL BUDGET WHEREAS~ the Ramsey Council Budget Committee submitted their recommendation to the full City Council for their approval of Supplement #1 in the amount of $42,000 to the 1982 City Core Operational Budget. The above supplement will affect the following activity of the Core Budget: City Hall Activity 101-4094 Line Item #1512 Increase of $42,000 for the following proposed improvements: - Finishing of lower level of City Hall - Installation of solar heating - Land acquisition at Municipal Center and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Council Budget Committee recommended to the full Council that the source revenue to cover the cost of Supplement #1 be derived from Federal Revenue Sharing; and WHEREAS, Council Resolution #81-177 approved using Federal Revenue Sharing funds to cover the cost of Supplement #1 to the City's 1982 Core Budget. NOW TI{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Council approved of Supplement #1 to the above stated Core Budget in accordance with their Resolution #81-177 dated October 28, 1981. 2) Council approved of the findings of Supplement #1 in accordance with Council Resolution #81-177 dated October 28, 1981. 3) It is further directed that the City Accountant be fur- nished a copy of this resolution in order to take appropriate action on this supplement to merge it into the City's 1982 Core Budget. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox
