Councilmember Van WAgner introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-181 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING SUPPLEMENT #2 TO THE 1982 CITY OF RAMSEY'S CORE OPERATIONAL <br />BUDGET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Council Budget Committee submitted their <br />recommendation to the full Council for their approval of Supplement #2 to <br />the 1982 City Core Operational Budget which will increase it in the amount <br />of $47,600 in the following activities of the Core Budget: <br /> <br />a) Street Maintenance Activity 101-4212 <br /> <br />1) <br />2) <br /> <br />Personnel (Additional) <br />Equipment <br /> Tractor <br /> 4-wheel drive pickup/plow <br /> 4 door openers main public <br /> works building <br /> <br />$ 9,645 <br /> <br /> 6,000 <br /> 11,000 <br /> <br /> 1,900 <br /> <br />$28,545 <br /> <br />b) Snow & Ice Activity 101-4213 <br /> <br />1) Personnel (Additional) <br /> <br />$ 9,665 <br /> $ 9,665 <br /> <br />c) Park and Recreation Activity 215-2150 <br /> <br />1) Personnel (Additional) <br /> <br />$ 9,390 <br /> $ 9,390 <br /> <br />TOTAL $47,600 <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Council Budget committee recommended to the <br />full Council that the Revenue to cover the cost of Supplement #2 be derived <br />from the following sources: <br /> <br />a) Personnel cost of $28,700 - The revenue to finance this <br />additional cost item to come from general tax levy <br /> <br />b) Equipment costs of $17,475 - The revenue to finance this <br />additional cost item to come from Federal Revenue Sharing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Council in their review of the above proposed Supple- <br />ment #2 to the City's 1982 Core Operational Budget made changes as denoted <br />by asterick and approved of it as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
