Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-182 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING SUPPLEMENT #3 TO THE 1982 CITY OF RAMSEY CORE OPERATIONAL <br />BUDGET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Council Budget committee submitted their <br />recommendation to the full City Council for their approval of Supplement #3 <br />in the amount of $5,000 to the 1982 City Core Operational Budget. The above <br />supplement will affect the following activity of the 1982 Core Budget: <br /> <br />Landfill Activity 101-4221 - Line item #1143 <br />$5,000 for legal costs regarding the Ramsey Landfill <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Council Budget Committee recommended to the <br />full Council that the source revenue to cover the cost of Supplement #3 be <br />derived to come from the general tax levy. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Council approved of Supplement #3 in the amount of $5,000 <br />which is an additional increase to the 1982 City Core Operational Budget. <br /> <br /> 2) The Council approved of the recommendation to cover the cost <br />of Supplement #3 through the general tax levy. <br /> <br /> 3) IT is further directed that the City Accountant be furnished <br />a copy of this resolution in order to take appropriate action on this Supple- <br />ment to merge it into the City's 1982 Core Budget. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br />and thc following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br /> City Council this the 28th day of October, 1981. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
