Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-183 RESOLUTION ADOPTING SUPPLEMENT #4 TO THE 1982 CITY OF RAMSEY CORE OPERATIONAL BUDGET WHEREAS, the Ramsey Council Budget committee submitted their recommendation to the full City Council for their approval of Supplement #4 in the amount of $30,000 to the 1982 City Core Operational Budget. The above supplement will affect the following activity of the 1982 Core Budget: Unallocated Activity 101-4930 Line Item #1162 $30,000 - Council Sinking Fund for special projects, easements, emergency repairs, etc. and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Council Budget Committee submitted their recommendation to the full City Council that the revenue to cover the cost of Supplement #4 be derived through general tax levy. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Council approved of Supplement #4 in the amount of $30,000 which is an additional increase to the 1982 City Core Operational Budget. 2) The Council approved of the recommendations to cover the cost of supplement #4 through general tax levy. 3) It is further directed that the City Accountant be furnished a copy of this resolution in order to take appropriate action on Supplement #4 to merge it into the 1982 Core Operational Budget. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of October, 1981.
