Councilmember Reimann introduced the following reoslution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-186 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO NOT DELETE STREET IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$1,751.O2 ON PLAT 89207 PARCEL 4250; CASE OF MR. RALPH NISSEN, 9320 - 169th <br />AVENUE N.W.: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Ralph Nissen requested at the public hearing on <br />October 14, 1981 regarding street improvement (bituminous surfacing) project <br />#81-19 that he not be assessed for Plat 89207 Parcel 4250 in the amount of <br />$1,751.02 because it is not a buildable lot; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted a motion at the special <br />meeting of October 14, 1981 directing that a finding of fact be prepared on <br />Mr. Ralph Nissen's parcel of land Plat 89207 Parcel 4250 as to whether it is <br />a buildable lot and be submitted to the Ramsey City Council on October 27, <br />1981; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed finding of fact on Mr. Ralph Nissen's par- <br />cel of land Plat 89207 Parcel 4250 was submitted to the Ramsey City Council <br />on October 27, 1981; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council did adoPt the proposed findings <br />of fact regarding Mr~ Ralph Nissen's parcel of land Plat 89207 Parcel 4250 <br />at thc Ramsey City Council meeting on October 27, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) In its review of the finding of fact and the adoption of <br />them it was determined that Mr. Ralph Nissen's parcel of land Plat 89207 <br />Parcel 4250 was a buildable lot and therefore, the assessment of $1,751.02 <br />would not be deleted for public improvement Project #81-19 (bituminous sur- <br />facing). <br /> <br /> 2) It is directed that a copy of the finding of fact and the <br />Council motion adopting it be made Appendix "A" to this resolution. <br /> <br /> 3) It is directed that a copy of this resolution and Appendix <br />"A" be distributed as follows: <br /> <br />a) A copy sent to Mr. Ralph Nissen, 9320 - 169th Avenue <br />N.W. <br /> <br />b) Copy be placed in project file #81-19. <br /> <br />c) Copy sent to City Accountant <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow-~ <br />lng voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Counciimembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br /> <br />
