and <br /> <br />Lot 4 Auditors Subdivision 33 subject to the right-of-way <br />for public utilities together with the riparian rights with <br />respect to Lake Itasca including rights to the lake bed of <br />said Lake Itasca excepting #1900, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Lot 10 Auditors Subdivision 33, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Lot 13 Auditors Subdivision 33, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, General Mills has determined certain uses for its <br />property which uses require zoning district amendments from the prop- <br />erty's existing zoning; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, General Mills is not presently asking for a formal <br />rezoning of the subject property, but rather General Mills is asking that <br />the City's record reflect what it (General Mills) would like to do with <br />the property in the future; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has heard a presentation from a <br />General Mills representative who explained to the Council General Mills <br />proposed future plans for the property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City's Comprehensive Plan be amended to include <br />a statement as to General Mills proposed use of the subject property <br />which uses are as shown on the attached City Map presented by General <br />Mills. <br /> <br /> 2) That this resolution shall in no manner be deemed a <br />formal rezoning of the property or even be understood as informal approval <br />of the proposed zoning by the City Council or its individual members. <br /> <br /> 3) That the sole purpose of this resolution is to respond to <br />General Mills request that the City's record reflect what General Mills <br />alone proposes for the future development of its property in the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br /> 4) That this resolution shall not act to change any City Code <br />section or to change the City's official zoning map. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmembcr Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Coun¢ilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Cox <br /> <br /> <br />
