Councilmcmber Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-193 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's 1981 City Budget provided for <br />the transfer of $12,432 from General Fund 101 to 1979 General Obligation <br />Bond Fund ($950M) 552 for the City's share of the 1979 Street improvement <br />$6,000, $4,800 interest and assessment written off in the amount of <br />$1,632, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's 1981 City Budget provided for <br />the transfer of $28,970 from the General Fund 101 to Equipment Revolving <br />Fund 810 for the General Fund contribution for depreciation of equipment <br />198], and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's 1981 City Budget provided for <br />the transfer of $30,195 from the Equipment Revolving Fund 810 to the <br />Genera]. Fund 101 for the purchase of 1981 Ford Truck L800 with dump box <br />and plow. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) It is hereby directed that a permanent transfer in the <br />amount of $12,432 be made from the General Fund 101 to the 1979 General <br />Obligation Bond Fund 552. <br /> <br /> 2) It is hereby directed that a permanent transfer in the <br />amount of $28,970 be made from the General Fund 101 to the Equipment Re- <br />volving Fund 810. <br /> <br /> 3) It is hereby directed that a permanent transfer in the <br />amount of $30,195 ge made from the Equipment Revolving Fund 810 to General <br />Fund. <br /> <br /> 4) It is further directed that the City Accountant be fur- <br />nished a copy of this resolution for her records. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Reimann <br /> <br /> <br />
