Councilmcmber Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-193 RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's 1981 City Budget provided for the transfer of $12,432 from General Fund 101 to 1979 General Obligation Bond Fund ($950M) 552 for the City's share of the 1979 Street improvement $6,000, $4,800 interest and assessment written off in the amount of $1,632, and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's 1981 City Budget provided for the transfer of $28,970 from the General Fund 101 to Equipment Revolving Fund 810 for the General Fund contribution for depreciation of equipment 198], and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's 1981 City Budget provided for the transfer of $30,195 from the Equipment Revolving Fund 810 to the Genera]. Fund 101 for the purchase of 1981 Ford Truck L800 with dump box and plow. NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) It is hereby directed that a permanent transfer in the amount of $12,432 be made from the General Fund 101 to the 1979 General Obligation Bond Fund 552. 2) It is hereby directed that a permanent transfer in the amount of $28,970 be made from the General Fund 101 to the Equipment Re- volving Fund 810. 3) It is hereby directed that a permanent transfer in the amount of $30,195 ge made from the Equipment Revolving Fund 810 to General Fund. 4) It is further directed that the City Accountant be fur- nished a copy of this resolution for her records. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Cox and the following voted against the same: None and the following members were absent: Councilmember Reimann
