Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-33 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT (Rodeo Hills) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of: <br /> <br />a) Vanadium Street N.W. between the line of County <br />Road #63 (Green Valley Road) and 180th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />b) Uranium Street N.W. between the line of 178th Lane <br />N.W. and 18Oth Lane N.W. <br /> <br />c) 177th Avenue N.W. between the line of Vanadium <br />Street N.W. east to its end at the cul de sac <br /> <br />d) 178th Lane N.W. from its point of beginning west <br />of Vanadium Street east to Uranium Street N.W. <br /> <br />e) 179th Lane N.W. between the line of Uranium Street <br />N.W. east to its end <br /> <br />f) 18Oth Lane between the line of Vanadium Street and <br />Uranium Street N.W. <br /> <br />is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of <br />property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br /> 2) The petition is hereby referred to Mr. Pete Raatikka of <br />Consulting Engineers diversified, Inc. and he is instructed to report <br />to the council with all convenient speed advising the council in a pre- <br />liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as <br />to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
