Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-34 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING PARCEL A LOT OF RECORD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Parcel 15 Plat 90553 is attached to Parcel 10 Plat <br />892].5 and are under single ownership; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Parcel 15 was taken out of the adjacent Lot 1 <br />Block 1Menkveld's Country Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that this action was taken to create a <br />larger parcel out of parcel 10 but no City record of this requirement can <br />be found; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the addition of parcel 15 to parcel 10 does not <br />create a more useful parcel of land; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the deletion of parcel 10 from Lot 1 Block 1 <br />Menkveld's Country Park creates a less than desireable parcel. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> l) That Parcel 15 Plat 90553 may be subdivided off of Parcel 10 <br />Plat 89215 and added to the remainder of Lot 1 Block 1Menkvelds Country <br />Park. <br /> <br /> 2) That notwithstanding the action described in Paragraph 1 <br />above, parcel 10 Plat 89215 shall be deemed to be a lot of record without <br />Parcel ].5 Plat 90553. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, COuncilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 23rd day of March, 1982. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
