Cooncilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT (Rodeo <br />Hills) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br />February 22, 1982, a report has been prepared by Mr. Pete Raatikka, <br />Consulting Engineers Diversified, inc. with reference to the improve- <br />ment of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) Vanadium Street N.W. between the line of County <br />Road #63 (Green Valley Road) and 180th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />b) Uranium Street N.W. between the line of 178th Lane <br />N.W. and 180th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />c) 177th Avenue N.W. between the line of Vanadium <br />Street N.W. east to its end at the cul de sac <br /> <br />d) 178th Lane N.W. from its point of beginning west <br />of Vanadium Street east to Uranium Street N.W. <br /> <br />e) 179th Lane N.W. between the line of Uranium Street <br />N.W. east to its end <br /> <br />f) 180th Lane N.W. between the line of Vanadium Street <br />and Uranium Street N.W. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$75,375.00. <br /> <br /> 2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve- <br />ment on the 20th day of April, 1982 in the council chambers of the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give <br />mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required <br />by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox <br /> <br /> <br />
