Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-39 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted the 23rd day of March, 1982, a report has been prepared by Mr. Pete Raatikka of Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. with reference to the improve- ment of the following streets: a) 164th Lane N.W. between the line of St. Francis Blvd. N.W. (State Highway #47) and Dysprosium Street N.W. b) Junkite Street N.W. from the South plat boundary of Barthel's Rum River Acres to 164th Lane N.W. c) Germanium Street N.W. from the South plat boundary of Barthel's Rum River Acres to the north plat boundary of Barthel's Rum River Acres d) Dysprosium Street N.W. from 164th Lane N.W. to the north plat boundary of Barthel's Rum River Acres. and this report was received by the Ramsey City Council on March 29, 1982. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $55,000. 2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve- ment on the 20th day of April, 1982, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:35 P.M. and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox and the following voted against the same: None
