Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-39 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted the <br />23rd day of March, 1982, a report has been prepared by Mr. Pete Raatikka <br />of Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. with reference to the improve- <br />ment of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) 164th Lane N.W. between the line of St. Francis Blvd. <br /> N.W. (State Highway #47) and Dysprosium Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) Junkite Street N.W. from the South plat boundary of <br /> Barthel's Rum River Acres to 164th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />Germanium Street N.W. from the South plat boundary <br />of Barthel's Rum River Acres to the north plat boundary <br />of Barthel's Rum River Acres <br /> <br />d) Dysprosium Street N.W. from 164th Lane N.W. to the <br /> north plat boundary of Barthel's Rum River Acres. <br /> <br />and this report was received by the Ramsey City Council on March 29, <br />1982. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> l) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$55,000. <br /> <br /> 2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve- <br />ment on the 20th day of April, 1982, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center at 7:35 P.M. and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give <br />mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required <br />by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
