Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82- 42 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRICE QUOTES AND AWARDING BID FOR WINDOW REPAIR <br />AND THE SERVICE DOOR CONVERSION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a recommendation from Heat Mizer Glass, <br />Inc. the following price quotes were received for window repair in the <br />front door and fire squad room window and the service door conversion <br />from single pane to double insulated panes: <br /> <br />Window Repair <br /> <br />$135.O0 <br /> <br />Service Door Conversion $415.00 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The City Council accepts the recommendation from Heat <br />Mizer Glass, Inc. to repair the windows in the front door and the fire <br />squad room and award the bid in the amount of $135.00 to Heat Mizer Glass, Inc. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Council accepts the recommendation from Heat <br />Mizer Glass, Inc. to do the service door conversion from single pane to <br />double insulated panes and award the bid in the amount of $415.OO to <br />Heat Mizer Glass, Inc. <br /> <br /> 3) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to inform Heat Mizer Glass, Inc. of their action. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 29th day of March, 1982. <br /> <br /> ~!qayor <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
