Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-46 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted the 29th day of March, 1982, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the pro- posed improvement of the following streets: a) Vanadium Street N.W. between the line of County Road #62 (Green Valley Road) and 18Oth Lane N.W. b) Uranium Street N.W. between the line of 178th Lane N.W. and 180th Lane N.W. c) 177th Avenue N.W. between the line of Vanadium Street N.W. east to its end at the cul de sac d) 178th Lane N.W. from its point of beginning west of Vanadium Street east to Uranium Street N.W. e) 179th Lane N.W. between the line of Uranium Street N.W. east to its end f) 18Oth Lane N.W. between the line of Vanadium Street and Uranium Street N.W. AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 2Oth day of April, 1982, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 29th day of March, 1982. 2) Mr. Peter Raatikka of Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by COuncilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox
