Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adopation: RESOLUTION #82-47 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted the 29th day of March, 1982, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the pro- posed improvement of the following streets: a) 164th Lane N.W. between the line of St. Francis Blvd. N.W. (State Highway #47) and Dysprosium Street N.W. b) Junkite Street N.W. from the South plat boundary of Barthel's Rum River Acres to 164th Lane N.W. c) Germanium Street N.W. from the South plat boundary of Barthel's Rum River Acres to the north plat boundary of Barthel's Rum River Acres. d) Dysprosium Street N.W. from 164th Lane N.W. to the north plat boundary of Barthel's Rum River Acres. AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 20th day of April, 1982, at which all persons de- siring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 29th day of March, 1982. 2) Mr. Peter Raatikka of Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, COuncilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox and the following voted against the same: None
