Councilmember ~n WAgner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-49 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: 1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of the follow- ing street: Bowers Drive N.W. beginning in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30 southeast to its end in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30 (Bowers Mississippi Acres) filed with the Council on April 27, 1982, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2) The petition is hereby referred to Mr. Pete Raatikka of Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc., and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a pre- liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Reimann and the following voted against the same: None and the following were absent: Councilmember cox whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of April, 1982.
