Councilmember Van WAgner introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-52 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT (Bower's <br />Mississippi Acres 2nd Addition) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following street: <br /> <br />Bowers Drive beginning in the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 29 to the end of the plat <br />of Bowers Mississippi Acres 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. Pete <br />Raatikka of Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. for study and that he <br />is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising <br />the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement <br />is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of April, 1982. <br /> <br /> ATTEST <br /> <br />j~/C~,i~./Admi ~ t r a t o r / C fe~l~ <br /> <br /> <br />
