Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-54 RESOLTUION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: l) A certain petition requesting the improvement of the follow- ing streets: a) Gibbon Street N.W. between the line of County Road #63 (173rd AVenue N.W.) north to its end at the cul de sac b) Eland Street N.W. between the line of 176th Lane N.W. and 177th Avenue N.W. c) 176th Lane N.W. between the line of Gibbon Street N.W. to the east plat boundary of Deerwood Addition d) 177th Avenue between the line of Gibbon Street N.W. to the east plat boundary of Deerwood ADdition filed with the Council on April 27, 1982, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2) The petition is hereby referred to Mr. Pete Raatikka of Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc., and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a pre- liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as reccommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, COuncilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Reimann and the following voted against the same: None and thc following were absent: Councilmember Cox whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of April, 1982.
