Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-56 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> l) A certain petition requesting the improvement of the follow- <br />iht streets: <br /> <br />a) Azurite Street N.W. between the line of 169th Lane N.W. <br />and 170th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />b) Zirconium Street N.W. between the line of 167th Avenue <br />N.W. and 169th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />c) Yttrium Street N.W. between the line of 169th Lane N.W. <br />to the north plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates <br /> <br />d) 169th Lane N.W. between the line of Azurite Street N.W. <br />to the east plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates <br /> <br />e) 17Oth Avenue N.W. between the line of Azurite Street <br />N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. <br /> <br />f) 170th Lane N.W. between the line of Yttrium Street to <br />the west plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates <br /> <br />filed with the Council on April 27, 1982, is hereby declared to be signed <br />by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br /> 2) The petition is hereby referred to Mr. Pete Raatikka of <br />Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc., and he is instructed to report <br />to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a pre- <br />liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as <br />to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
