Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-56 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: l) A certain petition requesting the improvement of the follow- iht streets: a) Azurite Street N.W. between the line of 169th Lane N.W. and 170th Lane N.W. b) Zirconium Street N.W. between the line of 167th Avenue N.W. and 169th Lane N.W. c) Yttrium Street N.W. between the line of 169th Lane N.W. to the north plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates d) 169th Lane N.W. between the line of Azurite Street N.W. to the east plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates e) 17Oth Avenue N.W. between the line of Azurite Street N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. f) 170th Lane N.W. between the line of Yttrium Street to the west plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates filed with the Council on April 27, 1982, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2) The petition is hereby referred to Mr. Pete Raatikka of Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc., and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a pre- liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Reimann and the following voted against the same: None
