Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-57 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 27, 1982, a report has been prepared by Mr. Pete Raatikka of Consulting En- gineers Diversified, Inc. with reference to the improvement of the follow- ing streets: a) Azurite Street N.W. between the line of 169th Lane N.W. and 17Oth Lane N.W. b) Zirconium Street N.W. between the line of 167th Avenue N.W. and 169th Lane N.W. c) Yttrium Street N.W. between the line of 169th Lane N.W. to the north plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates d) 169th Lane N.W. between the line of Azurite Street N.W. to the east plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates e) 170th Avenue N.W. between the line of Azurite Street N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. f) 17Oth Lane N.W. between the line of Yttrium Street to the west plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates and this report was received by the Council on the 27th day of April, 1982. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of 2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve- ment on the 17th day of May, 1982, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:15 P.M. and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as reuqired by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Reimann
