Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-57 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 27, <br />1982, a report has been prepared by Mr. Pete Raatikka of Consulting En- <br />gineers Diversified, Inc. with reference to the improvement of the follow- <br />ing streets: <br /> <br />a) Azurite Street N.W. between the line of 169th Lane <br />N.W. and 17Oth Lane N.W. <br /> <br />b) Zirconium Street N.W. between the line of 167th Avenue <br />N.W. and 169th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />c) Yttrium Street N.W. between the line of 169th Lane <br />N.W. to the north plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates <br /> <br />d) 169th Lane N.W. between the line of Azurite Street <br />N.W. to the east plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates <br /> <br />e) 170th Avenue N.W. between the line of Azurite Street <br />N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. <br /> <br />f) 17Oth Lane N.W. between the line of Yttrium Street <br />to the west plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates <br /> <br />and this report was received by the Council on the 27th day of April, 1982. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br /> <br /> 2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve- <br />ment on the 17th day of May, 1982, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center at 7:15 P.M. and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give <br />mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as reuqired <br />by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Reimann <br /> <br /> <br />
