Parcel Ten The West 200 feet of the North 331.70 feet of the South 986.35 feet of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to easements of record. 2) That the following parcels will each have an assessment of $1,510.74 for Improvement Project #80-16, to-wit: Plat Parcel PIN # 89222 2007 22-32-13-0029 89222 2001 22-32-13-0024 89222 2008 22-32-13-0030 89222 2002 22-32-14-0028 89222 2115 22-32-14-0029 3) That the following parcels will have no assessments levied against them as a result of Improvement Project #80-16, to-wit: Plat Parcel PIN # 89222 2005 22-32-13-0027 89222 2004 22-32-13-0026 89222 2003 22-32-13-0025 89222 2116 22-32-14-0030 89222 2006 22-32-13-0028 4) That Westphal shall pay of the City of Ramsey as and for the City's required subdivision park fee the sum of $3,500.00 which amount represents 10% of the land value of the five (5) new additional lots created by Westphal's subdivision.
