Parcel Nine <br /> <br />The East 200 feet of the West 2466 feet of the North 331.65 feet of the South 654.65 <br />feet of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range <br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to easements of record. <br /> <br />Parcel Ten <br /> <br />The West 200 feet of the North 331.70 feet of the South 986.35 feet of the South <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, subject to easements of record. <br /> <br /> 2) That the following parcels will each have an assessment of $1,510.74 <br />for Improvement Project #80-16, to-wit: <br /> <br />Plat Parcel PIN # <br /> <br />89222 2007 22-32-13-0029 <br />89222 2001 22-32-13-0024 <br />89222 2008 22-32-13-0030 <br />89222 2002 22-32-14-0028 <br />89222 2115 22-32-14-0029 <br /> <br /> 3) That the following parcels will have no assessments levied against <br />them as a result of Improvement Project #80-16, to-wit: <br /> <br />Plat Parcel PIN # <br /> <br />89222 2005 22-32-13-0027 <br />89222 2004 22-32-13-0026 <br />89222 2003 22-32-13-0025 <br />89222 2116 22-32-14-0030 <br />89222 2006 22-32-13-0028 <br /> <br /> 4) That Westphal shall pay of the City of Ramsey as and for the City's <br />required subdivision park fee the sum of $3,500.00 which amount represents 10% of <br />the land value of the five (5) new additional lots created by Westphal's subdivision. <br />That said park fee shall be paid to the City upon execution of the._Ag~eemen~j <br /> <br />matter. <br /> <br />5) That Westphal shall pay the City's legal expenses related to this <br /> <br /> 6) That this resolution will be effective upon the execution of an <br />Agreement between Westphal and the City incorporating the above items. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilman Cox <br /> <br /> <br />
