Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82 -60 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARCEL OF RECORD, CASE OF MR. VICTOR SCHWINGHAMMER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Parcel 4215, Plat 89211, which parcel is legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the West 165.08 feet of the Northwest Quarter <br />of Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of a line <br />bearing North 86° 09' 04" East from a point in the West line <br />of said Northwest Quarter distant 258.80 feet Northerly of <br />the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter. For the <br />purpose of this description, the West line of said Northwest <br />Quarter is assumed to bear North 0° 06' 56" East. Subject <br />to road easement over the Northerly 33 feet thereof. Area <br />of above described parcel is 1.0 acre. <br /> <br />is a parcel which remained as metes and bounds after the plat of Klemish Addition <br />was adopted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it would create an undue hardship to require that this <br />single one acre parcel be platted. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That a variance be granted to Ramsey Code Section 170.0312A <br />and permit Parcel 4215, Plat 89211, legally described as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />That part of the West 165.08 feet of the Northwest Quarter <br />of Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of a line <br />bearing North 86° 09' 04" East from a point in the West line <br />of said Northwest Quarter distant 258.80 feet Northe'rly of <br />the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter. Area <br />of above described parcel is 1.0 acre. <br /> <br />to be termed a parcel of record for purposes of recording instruments of conveyance <br />with the County Recorder. <br /> <br /> 2) That the fee owner of the subject property pay to the qity its <br />required subdivision park fee. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Reimannand Sorteberg <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
